De witte perziken zijn afkomstig van Ludo Rosseels, de laatste kweker van inheemse perziken in België Peach lambik with 4,5 months of maceration in a wooden barrel. The white peaches originate from Ludo Rosseels, the last grower of native peaches in Belgium
