Description:
“Møykjeddingi” is a blend of Norwegian Hornindal raw ale, and NEIPA. Fermented with kveik from Terje Raftevold so we call it KNEIPA :)
Those styles are a great match for each other as when the beer is not boiled, all the proteins are still in the beer which makes it creamy and hazy. We’ve used half the amount of hops normally in a NEIPA, but mashed with juniper infused water which gives some bitterness of its own.
