A collaboration with our friends @mostracoffee. Over the past few years we have used their coffee in many of our BIG beers and thought it would be fitting to make a beer for their 5 year anniversary party. Cocoa Mostra is an imperial stout with toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, and Mostra’s custom blend of coffee named Fortissimo. We get notes of milk chocolate, spice, sweet citrus, nutty, and of course coconut!
