Double Dry Hopped IPA
We took our award winning Ultra Deluxe IPA and pushed it to the limit. Double the hops!
2021-2022: Following the framework of the original 'Ultra Deluxe' recipe, this iteration of the beer relies on a base of pilsner, maris otter, oats and wheat to provide a strong backbone for the blend of hops that saw over 25 KGs get added to the whirlpool on brew day. The Mosaic/Citra dominant dry-hop was also doubled up from the first recipe and cryo-hops were heavily relied on to keep the vegetal flavours in check despite the large additions.
