Cuvée Armand & Gaston Vintage is 100% blend of 3 Fonteinen lambic. It starts as regular A&G, but if the brewery thinks that the blend has outstanding characteristics (for example excellent aging potential) it holds back either the whole batch or part of it (so sometimes part of the batch is released as regular A&G).
You can think of it this way: every Armand & Gaston Vintage is Armand & Gaston, but not every Armand & Gaston is Armand & Gaston Vintage.
