We are incredibly humbled to introduce our first collaboration beer with @sapwoodcellars. 3S4MP IPA 7.5% is mash hopped with Calypso, then we used Nelson, Calypso, and Phantasm to the whirlpool. We used Omega Cosmic Punch for yeast and added Nelson Hop Burst at yeast pitch. We used an all Nelson dry hop along with Nelson hop shot on the cold side.
