Owner Les Kingery is behind the counter most evenings. He is very knowledgeable regarding both beer and wine (he makes his own wine - called Bonanza Spring Winery) and is very cordial to boot. And if you really want a special order he will try his best to get it for you. He is the lowest in town for Schlafly, Leinenkugel’s, New Belgium, and Samuel Adams. You can purchase two 6-packs of Samuel Adams or Schlafly for $15 including tax - $1.25 per bottle. The place is kind of rundown, and features porn magazines, but Les makes up for that. After just a few visits he will greet you by name when you come in - and I kind of like that!
