76 Visited on 22nd Dec 2017. Good selection of Californian beers, plenty of Stone stuff plus rarer brews like Kern River, small local breweries available too. Belgian beers also feature heavily, with some old favourites like Kwak and Zot on show. Friendly service. |
70 Good mom and pop store with lots of local(temecula) brews and decent micros. The old man was friendly and knowledgable about local brewpub, brewerys, startups popping up in Temecula.
Great little shop with good selection of local and craft brews. Stop by while Temecula. |

This was my second liquor store stop in Temecula that day. It’s about a block from Aftershock Brewing in the next strip mall over. Interesting setup they have with the beer fridges. They’re all numbered and there are 21 of them. The last five are macros. The first four or five are wine and alcoholic energy drinks. The rest are good beer. About half of that is in six pack form and is heavy on the California selection. The usual Lagunitas, Sierra Nevada, New Belgium, Stone, etc was there along with the usual imports like Weihenstephaner, Chimay, St Bernardus, and Rodenbach. Aside from that you can get some Black Market, Iron Fire, and a bunch of San Diego stuff here. I didn’t see anything that I hadn’t tried before or that I couldn’t live without so I left without buying anything. The clerk was busy helping a customer load some bags of ice into his truck so he didn’t interact with me much but he did say hi on my way out and asked if I needed help with anything. If you’re at Aftershock, or if you’re in the heart of old town, walk a block over and take a look. Otherwise there are at least three Bevmo’s in the area and there’s Old Town Liquor a mile further down the way. |
66 Nice enough selection but never anything too interesting. Be careful with the prices as I’ve seem them claim crap like pricing bottles of russian river damnation at the same price as supplication. Worth a stop if you’re in the area and need some craft beer in a pinch. |
62 Pretty good selection considering their size. The prices on rare beers can be ridiculous though. |
68 Small liquor shop, but they carry a lot of the "good" stuff. Typically have a variety of Port Brewing and Lost Abbey beers, selection of Belgian’s, Lagunitas, and they typically get in the rare beers. Generally stock Pliny the Elder and Kernville Brewing when/as available. |
90 The only place that I shop for beer in Riverside County. Great selection of craft and belgians. The prices are unbeatable. Rick the owner just added an additional fridge for his expanding Belgian selection. Might not have as great of selection as the SD county stores, but who needs a lot of average beers, when you have the best...ie carries Maharaja and Pliny. |
88 My favorite beer store. Small liquor store with an awesome beer selection. They always get the latest So. Cal specialty releases fast. Great selection of Belgians and American Micros, too. |
88 Great selection of calli micros and decent prices as well. |
90 I go here on a weekly basis and stock up on beer for the week. Good prices and a very nice selection. |
