Finback Alehouse

Stopped in for dinner, nice views of the bay. Large bar area and large seating both indoors and outdoors. We sat inside, was a little chilly. Known for their seafood, beer selection was decent. Our server was not real fluent about their beers, so tried a couple of local brews.

Nice pub with good ambience and great food. Friendly staff. Decent beer selection.

Visited back in 2013, small bits of notes from backlog. Big beautiful curved wooden bar. All of the woodwork here is great, hand built in the 70s. Very nautical feel, not tacky though, just a lot of things that remind me of a boat. Service was quick and friendly.

Ate here during a vacation to Bar Harbor. Nice place, with good food and decent beer selection of local beers. A bit pricey, like everything else in Bar Harbor.
