Galmegi Brewing

Two storey taproom is just few minutes from Owl and Pussycat. Downstairs was closed during the visit but upstrais with lots of wood was open. 9 own beers, two sampler sets available. Beers were mostly clean and solid. Grilled squid with butter was excellent.

Good place with sampler trays available. About 10 beers on tap. Friendly staff. Growler fills are possible. Beers ranged from OK to very good. Probably the best brewery in Busan and a must visit

Busan’s brewpub champion. All beers were in fantastic condition. Local Blonde was a champion for me - got lucky to have it directly from the tank. Absolutely great place to visit.

A lively taproom with brewery visable through the windows. I was told there was another bar upstairs but I didn’t venture up there this visit. Food available but I didn’t participate. So yeah, I just drank and happy to report that these guys are brewing decent beer so it’s an essential visit when in Busan.

Beer is good . Brewmaster was so friendly you can ask him to show his Kettle.

I walked in here planning to try out their beers and then head out for dinner. The next thing I knew I was in an all night drinking session/bottle share with the brewers and their homebrewing friends. A great selection of some of the mose experimental and tasty craft beers made in Korea. I loved their Moonrise Pale Ale which is exactly what I want from an APA hoppy and flavorful but not that bitter. Really great guys and a great space: the first floor houses the brewery and a taproom with a half-dozen high tables. The second floor has regular tables and more taps(with the same beers as the first floor). The tasting set is a great value and the burgers looked great. A must visit in Busan and the heart of the craft brewing scene here.
