There is something about this small store with taps and a few tables I liked. Probably, the in-your-face unpretentiousness that is obvious right off the bat. It is a small place, consisting of a small walk-up bar. There is a cooler stocked with Stone goodies, several shelves of Stone swag and a beautiful courtyard patio, where one can sip a Stone brew beneath a tree. It is located in a non-descript building, which is a few steps north of the San Diego Amtrak station - and a short stroll from Little Italy.

Forgot to rate this one. Visited a couple of times as this was close to our hotel. Smaller bar with a nice patio, typical stone decor. 20 or so tap's, some 1 one offs and test batches. Friendly and knowable service. Prices on par with other places downtown San Diego.

Visited at lunchtime on Friday 19th Jan 2018. Dark single square room with the bar covering a whole wall, lot more space outside in a typical Stone Brewery designed garden patio. 20 plus taps, all Stones stuff as far as I could see. Friendly staff, good beers, liked it.

Hard to find patio entrance by the railroad station. Beautiful outside table with fireplaces built inside. Cheap tasters with most core beers, then a few of Liberty’s pilot batches. Bathroom was downside( get code) come back and my brew was gone, said to server and said "refund" but then rebuffed. WTF, service sucked. We move on to another brewery, Stone your loss. Had 12+ people also.

Very handy for the train station, and many brews from the excellent Stone brewery. Quite a relaxing bar with large patio doors leading to the patio.

L’endroit réussi à recréer un Stone Garden format de poche, ce qui est plutôt mignon et apprécié quand on est dans le coin. Rien qui va changer une vie côté sélection mais l’essentiel est là.

Like other stone stores, this one is heavy in the dark features inside and the rusted, earth look outside. It’s a bit more corporate bored looking than other locations. Beer lineup was very nice and the barkeepers were friendly. Located immediately next to the Santa Fe depot makes the location fantastic. It was nearly empty mid-day on a Thursday. Plenty of outdoor seating in the beer garden. Worth a stop for a brew before catching Amtrak north.

Chill mini beer-garden like area located adjacent to the commuter rail station downtown. Very similar in ambinace to the other Stone locations I’ve been to. Prices are actually quite cheap: $1.50 - $2 for a 4oz pour, $3 or $4 for an 8 oz pour, and $6 for the lower ABV stuff that they serve in pints. About 8-10 of the regular line-up and 8-10 rotating spots at any given time. This is a few blocks from my office, so if you go on a weekday shoot me a BM.

Solid Stone Facility right by Santa Fe Depot (Amtrak and Coaster) so ideal to grab a beer if you are waiting for a train. We visited on Friday 14/11/14 at around 9.30pm when they called last orders. The venue was celebrating its first birthday (thats how SD rocks - you have a solid venue like this and us beer tourists become the first to add it after a year!) and as such had some special beers on tap in addition to the core Stone range. There were also a dozen or so beers in the fridge to go. All tap beers available in 4oz pours at very reasonable prices, $1.50/2 for high ABV stuff. The venue itself is set inside a block with other businesses and as such the toilet facilities are shared with these, downstairs in the main atrium. The bar itself is moderately sized with room to seat perhaps 25/30 folks. The garden outside is well appointed, like a mini liberty station with raised areas, water feature and you can sit around a couple of open fires. I’d say outside seats a little more than in, but on the whole a smallish sized venue by SD standards. I didn’t clock whether they did food, I’m guessing not as a guy opposite rocked up to his girl with a takeway pizza. The service was prompt and the barkeep knew his beers. In all a solid spot, they had a couple of Liberty station beers on tap so you may well pick up a tick or two here.
