88 Visited on a beautiful fall Saturday afternoon. They're in a neat area of town, like an old 1950s "downtown" storefront. They were busy but not busting at the seams, and we could sit on their patio with our dogs. The tap list was vast, and 50% committed to IPAs, but they had some good variety. Service was spot-on, the beers we were able to enjoy were all good to very good. Will definitely return at my next opportunity! Brewery #889. |
76 Brewery next to an ingredient shop for homebrewers. Solid beers. They do sample size pours. Parking next door at the Farmer's Market. |
80 Original Gravity is the homebrew shop and final gravity if the taproom, get it? Large place with a long bar plus restaurant tables and a few patio tables out front. A dozen or so beers on offer, every one I had was solid. They do 4 ounce pours in any amount, and crowlers as well, some of which are pre-poured and in the fridge. No food worth mentioning but there is a solid BBQ place a few doors down. Worth going out of your way to try, since you won't find their beers anywhere else. |
82 Visited 5/25/17: Fun spot in a little strip mall right across from the fire house. Beers were pretty good, definitely above average. Has a little home brew shop in there as well. Good amount of seating available on our visit, but also fairly crowded considering it was late afternoon on a weekday. Nice little patio area as well. |
72 Nice little place to stop in and try a few interesting craft brews and do some home brewing shopping. |
82 Because I was so happy with my experience at Original Gravity, I convinced my fiance (at the time) to stick around and share a few beers with me. Solid beer, great staff, really nice and approachable. Bar inside is cool, there’s also some patio space outside too. Looks like there’s a solid number of regulars, which is cool for such an interesting brewery/homebrew shop. |
78 Located very close to a bar-b-que place and consignment stores. This business was started with selling beer making supplies. Plenty of tables and great service. We had a pizza from Dominos down the street. Good selection of beers and supplies. I liked the DIPA the best. Plenty of parking in the CVS parking lot. It ie also located near a farmer’s market. |
82 I had a really nice visit here with great service, good beer, and a nice group of friends. Very clean and orderly and nicely put together but not fussy. Got a tour, had a nice chat with the proprietor, rest of staff seemed good, too. Small but decent selection of their own stuff, all of which I thought were solid. Average prices. |
74 Stopped by on a rainy Sunday morning. Pretty chill vibe. The bar is on the right side of the homebrew shop. Decent amount of seating and wandering room. The entire place has a glass front which makes it seen bright in spite of the rain. Friendly service if not too attentive. No food. Six beers on offer my visit, a mix of styles, all enjoyable and well executed. Prices are a bit high but not bad for the area. Overall worth seeking out.
