Tap. Pours clear off white, uncarbonated. Aroma is alcohol, rice, hints of bread, date. Flavors is dry and boozy. Light body. Another sake style heard from!

Clear body wine like. Sweet aroma a bi of vanilla and cherries and booze on the back end. Taste is semi sweet. Nice sake.

This was really good. Pours clear with great maraschino cherry aromas. Some bubblegum too. Nice sweet fruity flavors with a smooth finish. Very nice.

Tap at moto-i. Clear pour. Nose is light floral and pear. Taste is pear, apple, and peach. Tasty.

Bottle @ moto-i. Slight off white yellow appearance. Light fruity nose. Dry apple, banana rice vinous flavor. Dry finish.

Compleately clear appearance. Floral, orchid aroma. Light rice and flower taste. A bit hot, turning jet fuel-like.

Draft @ the brewpub. Color is completely clear, water basically. Aroma is vegetal potato skins grain alcohol like, not sharp grain alcohol but muted. has some perfume rose hips along ass well. It is a weird mix. Flavor is too much of the potato grain alcohol/ More root plant drink as well. It has a sweet finish, but not like a fruity sweet finish which I get in other sakes. Its rather nicely felt on the cheeks, the biggest positive of this sake. This one was hard for me to rate, seemed bad I just don’t know enough about the beverage yet. Definitely, the least enjoyable sake I have tried here to date.

On tap at the brewpub on 05/31/2009. Very slightly yellow body with no head. Light rice and vanilla aroma. Very sweet rice flavor with some fruit and vanilla. Medium body with no carbonation.

On draught at the sake brewery/restaurant in uptown Minneapolis. Pours a clear pear juice colored sake, crystal clear disk top with some thin viscosity tears. Aroma is fruity, some light apple and pear fruit. Taste is sweet, flowery with some flavors of light pear and peach. Finish is semi-sweet, light, crisp with a mild apple/pear aftertaste. Served warm or chilled, this will make an excellent cooking sake but maybe an average table sake at best.

Described by the bartender as a table sake. Served warm or cold. Clear. A little sweet and some perceivable alcohol. Not as good as some of their other products, but not bad anyway. Served in a carafe.
