UPDATED: JAN 19, 2019 Nose is apple jelly and cinnamon. Flavor is more complex - apple, cinnamon are both there, with a sweetness, but not too sweet, some apple tannins, and some clearly present alcohol. Very good.

It pours clear pale yellow. The aroma does smell like apple pie and is very rich. It has a smooth full slick body. The taste has honey slickness, ripe apples, rich vanilla and warming spice from the cinnamon. The finish has some alcohol. It you had this with graham crackers it probably would taste like an apple pie. Very tasty.
