600ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a deep brown colour with a huge 3 finger of brown head. Aromas of coffee & dark chocolate. Looks and smell like a stout. Taste matches the aroma with some sweet malty notes and espresso finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Nice brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma of caramel, lightly toasted malts, and loads of molasses. Taste is quite roasty with molasses, blackberries, and soy. Not bad, quite an interesting schwarzbier.

Noire à mousse couleur mocha se résorbant en un mince voile. Celle-ci bave une dentelle éparse. Un nez de grains brûlés, de café et de mélasse verte. Maybe the wierdest beer branding I’ve ever tried....but I went for it, and it was good! Surprisingly crisp for how it looks

Excellent roasty big ass Schwarzbier with more sweetness than usual but a really really roasty maybe a little ashy quality.

600 mL bottle. Black body with a little transparency. Smells very nutty with roasted malts and some milk chocolate. Tastes much the same. Milk chocolate more prominent, nutty malts behind it with a bit of caramel sweetness. Roasty finish, but mostly sweet. Medium bodied. Pretty sweet, but tasty.

Very dark brown. Frothy, bubbly head. This has a bitter chocolate nose, woody hop notes, and a touch of toast. Sweet, depth of dark sugars. Thick body, sweet and with a dark chocolate finish.

600 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with moderate head. Aromas of dry roasted malts, chocolate powder, and nuts. Flavors follow same, clean and dry. Very nice example of style.
