UPDATED: MAY 9, 2021 Liquide ambré transparent avec mousse courte et disparaissant rapidement. Nez malté et céréales. En bouche, c'est très court sur les céréales puis apparaît une amertume résineuse proprement énorme !!!

Scopey (21884) - Oldmeldrum, SCOTLAND - MAR 28, 2020
UPDATED: MAR 28, 2020 Bottle from Aldi Inverurie. It pours clear amber with a foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, resinous, oily pine, bit of orange marmalade and a touch of spice. The taste is dry, slightly bitter, resinous, oily, pine, toffee, pithy, zesty citrus, orangey, peppery spice, touch metallic and slightly floral vies with a drying finish. Average body and moderate+, prickly carbonation. Peppery and zesty. Not bad for what it is.

Rune (21325) - Tromso, NORWAY - FEB 25, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 25, 2020 Cask ale, half-pint after breakfast at Kings Fee. Shared with Finn. Clear amber body, covering pearl white head, clingy lacing. Promising aromas of floral hops. Malt-fruity taste of citrus, herbal hops and distant malty sweetness. Malt-fruity bitterness to the ending. Likable. (Hereford 01.02.2020).

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2020 Gyldenbrun. Nesten klar. Lavt tett skum. Tynn teppelacing. Lett bæraroma. Smaken søt frukt & bær. Mest bringebær. Veldig tørr avslutning.

Martinsh (1348) - Crewe, Cheshire, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 25, 2020 Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton Pours a slightly cloudy copper with a tight white head and good lacing. Aroma isn’t overpowering, but has some oranges and toffee. In thr mouth it is creamy with flavours of corncob, caramel and rich tea biscuits. The finish is dry and fruity. Personally I would say this definitely IS an IPA (it’s certainly NOT a golden ale), of the traditional style.

imdownthepub (22082) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 11, 2020 Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Gold with white head. There is a fruity sweetness to this, light on hops which are earthy, dusty, vegetable. Malty sweetness, thinnish. Musty hints. IPA it isn't despite the name, okay if somewhat dull.

flying_pig (2680) - IRELAND - FEB 6, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 6, 2019 500ml bottle at Edinburgh Airport:
Fresh without be overly hoppy & sat nicely between an English IPA & the American IPA I was hoping it would be when I ordered a bottle. It was an easy to drink offering with light pine & citrus flavours working well with the grassy hops & biscuit that featured around the middle. While not a beer that I’d go out of my way to try again, I would happily drink another if I stumbled across it again at some point.

Marcius (518) - Geneva, SWITZERLAND - JUL 15, 2018
UPDATED: JUL 15, 2018 Amber color and hoppy aroma. Taste is bitter and dry... as it says: a proper IPA
