UPDATED: NOV 20, 2021 En lækker wheat beer, har søden fra hveden men også noget lækkert humlekraft, der frembringer sødmen. Aroma af hvede og passionsfrugt, i et glas med fint hvidt hoved og lys orange krop. En light beer med en sødlig eftersmag og mild carbonering.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2021 Diep goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Hoppig met een vleugje caramel. Persoonlijk vind ik hem wel zacht voor een IPA. Vooral zoetig qua smaak. Wel lekker.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2021 Pours a slightly hazy amber, nice white head. Aroma of spicy wheat and yeast. Taste is Belgian yeast, hoppy citrus, wheat. Good stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2021 330ml bottle bought at Artisan Butcher in Sai Ying Pun. Looks: Clear amber honey colour with a thick layer of dirt-like yeast sediments; Half finger head with crumpety white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Good sticky lacing with very slight carbonation. Aroma: Very fragrant Ale malt, with wheaty tartness, strong red fruits, orange, pineapples, candied fruits, honey, cat piss, floral, sugar, spices, pine, resins, biscuits, yeast, lemon and strong grass. Taste: Medium sweet Ale malt, with melanoidin, light wheaty tartness, grapefruits, citrus zest, red fruits, floral, sugar, spices, strong pine, strong resins, herbs, biscuits, yeast, lemon, strong bitter hops and strong grass. Body: Mid to full body. Slick and oozy palate. Mouth Feel: Very good Amber Ale maltyness in a solid and slick background. Wheaty tartness is present but not as pronounced as the full malt, wuith red fruits in abundance. Grapefruit / citrus hops is a bit subdued but tasty enough to impress. Long herbal pineyness carry it through. Flowery with medium sweetness, lively lemon and grass to round. Great stuff! Hoppiness: Orange, pineapples, candied fruits, cat piss, floral, spices, pine, resins, lemon and strong grass in nose. Grapefruits, citrus zest, floral, spices, strong pine, strong resins, herbs, lemon, and strong grass in taste; Bitterness is strong for a lasting, high level sweet-bitter full Ale malty finish. After Taste: Fairly dry. Herbal piney and bitter to mouth. Comments: This one’s grainbills is hefty with many different types of hops being thrown in - 9 in total - and the result is big and bold by White IPA standard: thick malty body with enough wheatyness to shrine, aromatic fruity hop mix withright amount of pine and herbs for the palate. This one has it all but with all the sublety. An excellent brew!

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2021 Mooi hoe een bier met alleen de basisingrediënten door de verschillende soorten hop zo complex kan worden. Vooral de kruidigheid van de Sapir-hop maakt dit bier niet tot een frisse doordrinker, maar wel degelijk een genietbier. 'Misdadig lekker'.'

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2020 Another fine beer from this brewery. Great mouthfeel. Very hoppy and bitter. A little sweet and dryness. Fruity. All round very nice wheat ipa
