UPDATED: AUG 26, 2021 375mL bottle drunk 8/21/21. Clear. Fruity and sweet, maybe moreso than most ginjos I've had. But not in an unrefined or sugary/cheap way. More of a stewed rice/rice pudding-like character with plentiful big fruit notes and hints of floral character. No alcohol noted. Very clean. Soft and round with a hint of nutty sweetness up front and a full, round body through the middle with softly sweet rice and tons of playful tropical fruit. Alcohol is nowhere to be found and this stuff is just stupidly drinkable.

UPDATED: JAN 30, 2021 Bottle 30cl, nose is floral and not much developed. Aroma again on this floral and slightly sour notes, finish is more usual on rice and fermented rice, violette notes, bit disappointing as not complex, still kind of sourish/ floral finish.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2020 Pours clear. Aromas of sweet fruit. Cantaloupe and pineapple flavors with some booze. Medium body.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2020 Crystal clear colorless with no head and minimal legs on the glass. Floral and fruity aroma with honey notes. Full-bodied with flavors of vine fruit, floral honey and a bit of spice. The finish is boozy with a fruit and honey aftertaste. Above average overall.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2019 300 ml bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The sake is. Clear color. Maybe a slightly gold tint to it. Still. The aroma has notes of bread dough, fruity citrus honey, some mild chamomile. Stays on the dry side despite its fruity aromatics. Slight burn as it goes down. Pretty enjoyable overall.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2018 Pachnia jak białe wino. Smakuje podobnie, ale bardziej ryżem oczywiście niż gronem. Gładkie. Alkohol taki nieco perfumowy. Ciekawe.
