Bottle of the 2012 for our anniversary. Pours a clear tawny amber. Soft apple and caramel. Medium bodied, soft acidity, caramel, lovely apple. Long apple, bright acid. Incredibly complex, beautiful balance of acid and sweetness.

Bright amber color. Plenty of stewed apples, elegant spirits, luscious sweet gold, with a high degree of acidity.
Rich and decadent,

Pours a gorgeous amber/red colour. Aroma of red apple skin and a hint of baking spice. Taste is very rich and viscous, with tartness to counter the intense sweetness. Just lovely.

375mL bottle, pours clear caramel colour. Aroma is decadent, bringing out notes of baked caramel apples, toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour is decadent as hell, with a wonderful mix of baked caramel apples, brown sugar, toffee, and a lovely warming effect. Complex, wonderfully balanced and deep. One of the better Quebec ice ciders and that’s saying something. Fantastic.

Has a golden-amber. No head, but it has There’s a big appley nose, lots of sugars, the nose hints at some beautiful acidity. This is sweet, has some caramelized apple notes, some apple skin, a very nice balancing acidity. Brown sugar, great balancing acidity, and the sweetness excellent as well.

Clear golden pour. Smells like sweet cider. Taste is nice but the sugar lasts a bit longer than the cider flavor. Very good - just a tad too sweet for me, even for ice cider.

2oz sample. Crystal clear deep gold pour. Aroma is nice, soft mellow slow-cooked apples, applesauce, cinnamon, very desserty, light caramel. Taste is sweet, rich, desserty and decadent, full chewy spicy apple flavor. Palate is rich, mouth coating. Very refined, well balanced ice cider.

1.5 ounce sample, an ice cider look but with these great alcohol legs on the edge of the glass. The aroma is out of this world. I love when ciders have baked apple aroma with light persimmon, ginger, honey. body is actually very thin. it has the tongue coating elements but doesn’t last very long. the residual sugar intensity is at level 10 on this one wth apple, peach, pear, raisin.
