Clear pale blond to light yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: cactus indeed, funky, lemony, very weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, funky, weird, cactus, lemon juice. Aftertaste: sourish touch, fruity, funky, acidic, actual cactus notes.

Aroma of unripe pear & apple, apricot, lemon, carambola, sourdough, wheat, pineapple. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet & sour, balancing unripe pear, apple, pineapple with lemon (acid) & wheat, bitter grassy undertone, leading to a dryish, floral & slightly earthy hoppy finish, a bit more spicy with lingering pear. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Refreshing beer, feels natural.

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2019 On tap. Yellow colour with white head. Pear, fruit aroma. Fruit, pear, citric and acidic taste. Medium body.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt - wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, funky, pear, fruity pear - sugary pear. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration, tart pear, red pear - sweet pear, saison yeast, funky, minerals - vitamin. Bottle at Kilder Bar shared with Mr T Belly cheers Alec; hazy yellow pour with zero head, aroma has slight brett and floral action, taste has big pear, some citrus, rounded sour finish.

Bottle. Very cloudy pale golden pour without much head. Aroma is bready and sweet, hints of soft fruit and somewhat tart. Taste is pretty tart up front, soft carbonation, fruity, slight citrus zest, dry finish.

Bottle at Ulfborg Tasting 20180414. Aroma of tart fruit (prickly pear presumably), spicy, fresh cut greens. Hazy yellow with white head. Taste is moderate sour, dry and light fruity, overripe pear. Light body, dry feel and prickly pear (?!) finish.

Bottle at Ulfborg Tasting. Aroma of lemon, watermelon, lactic, cactus?, some rubber?! Dry and heavy tart sour. Light and juicy.

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Milky pale yellow, airy white head and a few floaties. Citrusy, fruity aroma. Sour, fruity and citrusy flavour. Lactic notes.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Tasting 20180414. Hazy golden body with a small white head. Burned rubber, medicine notes. Hmm.
