T: malty and wheat base yet orange candy, herbal, bit oily mouthfeel, mellow fruity, grapefruits, tropical fruits, again hard to described fruity sweet taste yet works very good, medium body and carbonation, very nice not typical yet great beer, tasting sample shared with Bierridder_S @ Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Taproom in Brussels.

Clear pale yellow beer, creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: honey, floral, bit weird, spicy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, bit sugary, fruity, malty. Aftertaste: hoppy, bit fruity, ripe banana, bit sweet and sugary, malty finish.

Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of malts, vanilla, rice, hops. Malty sweet flavour, wheat, rice, lemon, light spicy. Finish cheese, hops, spice. Nice!

@ BXLfest 2017. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme offre un très beau bouquet venant du riz balsamique au point que je pensais à la citronnelle, le tout est ponctué par de belles effluves de grains et un léger fruité. Palais est sec avec une belle composante de grains assez prenante, retrouve un effet modéré orange + citronnelle avec une petite pointe épicée rappelant la coriandre et de belles notes fleuries.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2017 BXL Beer Fest 2017. Kolor słomkowy, złoty i mętny. Piana barwy białej, jest wysoka ale niestety jej trwałość pozostawia sporo do życzenia. Aromat jest dość dziwny, pierwsze skojarzenie to kiszonka, akcenty wiejskie a dalej mokra, gnijąca pszenica. W tle delikatnie wyczuwalna 'piwnica' i lekki dym. Smak: zdecydowanie delikatny, pszeniczny, ziołowy i już nie tak złożony jak aromat. Jest nieco cierpki. Choć w opisie piwa pojawia się jaśmin, brzoskwinia, kokos i wiele innych, to wg. mnie nie są to tak bardzo oczywiste smaki i aromaty, jaśmin na granicy wyczuwalności. Wysycenie wysokie, sprawdza się, ciało niskie, piwo jest trochę wodniste.

Une très belle blanche à la robe dorée, trouble, fine mousse. Nez typé sur des notes de céréales, d’agrumes, d’épices, sur un fond de riz. Bouche alliant fraîcheur et tension, équilibre, longueur et finale désaltérante. Une très belle blanche de soif.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Wow this is amazing for the style & interesting ingredients. Hazy citrus golden, white head. Nose is wonderful pure cheese, massive cheese hop, almost blue cheese. Taste is that amazing cheese but perfectly balanced with sweet white bread malt with vanilla qualities. Cheese & vanilla fluffy body. Round, works perfectly, amazing.

Sampled at BXL Beerfest Brussel. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Grainy, sweet malts, coconut, lemon.
