UPDATED: JAN 31, 2020 Can in an apartment in Odense. Hazy golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of citrus. Fruity flavour of citrus with acidic notes. Fruity finish.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2019 Aroma: Yeasty and hoppy fruit. Lime, lemon, orange, pineapple, lychee. Could be more intensive. Mineral notes typical for German sour styles. Appearance: Hazy yellow, large, white head that dissipates quickly. Taste: Sour, rather dry, very salty. Palate: Very fizzy, medium-to-light body. Overall: Very refreshing, with a characteristic lime aroma. Not perfect, but quite unusual and very enjoyable.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2019 Can @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy White head and lacings. Salty and dry. Mosaic - tropical fruity hoppy note lingering in the back. A Nice one but still feel it would be awesome if the gose had been left out for the mosaic to do its own thing.
