UPDATED: APR 3, 2020 Nice aroma of coffee, vanilla, chocolate, nuts, almonds, caramel, crust of bread, dried plums. Taste of coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, rhum, nuts, almonds, very roasty. More like stout than porter. Low carbonation, medium body, roasty bitter. Tasty but it's rather stout than porter.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2019 I got this bottle from Amstein, St-Légier, during the last year. Drinking and enjoying my night coffee, the last saturday, at home, in Epalinges. You get a powerful dark body, announcing something good, white and brown foam, average carbination for the style. In my point of view, it is a robust, aromartic and delightful porter. The coffee is the first gentleman, in this case and I reccognize this aromatic coffee from central America with notes of roasted malt, few side of dark chocolate, hop, subte notevof alcool, warm and dry at the palate due too the coffee, mineral, good brewery, in general.

UPDATED: OCT 11, 2019 Bottle. Black body with a dense, creamy beige head. Lovely aroma of dark malt, chocolate and nice coffee. Flavor has a very god balance sweet malt and roasted coffee, slightly bitter, creamy bitterness and super smooth. Fine body and long lasting pleasant aftertaste. Really nice coffee stout.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2019 Aroma of mocha, chocolate, vanilla, ripe fruit, little espresso and a slight whisky scent. Taste is dark chocolate, ripe plum, mocha. Medium carbonation. Well balanced.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2019 Bottle 0,33L. Black color with big, frothy, light brown head that seattle down in a minute. Aroma of mocha coffee, vanilla, chocolate and bourbon. Taste is light to medium sweet with coffee notes. Medium body (not so thick), watery texture, soft carbonation.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2019 Bottle - 330ml. Pours an opaque black body with a thin, beige foamy head. Robust malty aroma with roasted coffee and some subtle Bourbon hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Taste is dominated by coffee flavors. It also carries malty, hoppy, and woody notes. Ends with a long roasty finish. Solid.

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2019 Bière toute noire, mousse bois moyenne avec une certaine persistance. Arômes de café, café glacé, café crème, pointe de tabac et cendres. Le goût est superbe, crémeux, avec du café, du praliné, boisé, des baies, vanille, caramel-réglisse, souplesse du lactose, amer de torréfaction, café-chocolat, houblon terreux.
