UPDATED: FEB 6, 2020 Krwista barwa. Dolidny lambikowy aromat z wiśniami, wytrawną skórką owocową i wyraźnymi nutami funky. Na pierwszym planie świeża kwaśna wiśnia, ciut słodyczy, ale dalej solidny kwas i sporo tanin, a także skóra i lekka stajnia. Bardzo przyjemny posmak pestki wiśniowej, jest lekko ściągające. Kwaśność wysoka, ale to w końcu berliner. Nuty lambika ładnie wzbogaciły piwo. Super

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2020 Robe pourpre foncée, telle un vin Bordeaux. Belle mousse rosée qui se dissipe pour presque disparaître. Nez de cerise, barrique, fraise. Goût franc de cerise, plaisamment sûre. Légèrement sucré. Goût de barrique rappelant un vin avec son sucré résiduel. Goût persistant, toujours dominé par la cerise. Bière coûteuse qui mérite d’être goûtée

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2019 On tap at Mikkeller Odense. Hazy red with a small pink head. Aroma of fresh sour-cherries with a hint of yoghurt. Dry and tart fresh cherry flavour with funk, yoghurt and a faint hint of malt. The cherry character makes this a winner.

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2019 Аромат, удивительно но очень схож на несколько других стилей но совсем не на Берлинер вайс. Запах что то между Фландрийским красным элем и каким то фруктовым ламбиком. Много сена, немного вина и много красной черешни но без косточки. Цвет очень темный для такой плотности, пенка розовая, стойкая. Вкус весьма питкий, умеренно кислый от ягод в том числе от вишни. Навевает на хороший компот. Смородина красная и черная. Послевкусие уже входит в сладкие фруктовые нотки. Небольшая сухость в финале. В целом это хорошо, но были сорта где вишня раскрывалась больше.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2019 On tap at Darby's Gastown in Vancouver, and highly recommended by manager Alex Berner. A very dark beer with a purplish head and a sour fruit nose. Lusciously and smoothly cherry fruity on the palate. Very complex overall. This isn't the sledgehammer style fruit sour that I've lately seen altogether too much of. No, this is the good stuff; the real thing. Get some!
