UPDATED: MAY 24, 2018 On tap at the brewery. Black appearance with a small, lingering tan head. Aroma of maple syrup, coffee, dark chocolate, mild vanilla, light oak and light bourbon barrel notes. Similar flavor, rich, dark, malty and moderately sweet with pleasant bourbon barrel complexities. Full body with a creamy feel and a smooth finish. Amazing.

PhillyCraft (11988) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 15, 2018
On tap, pours a deep black with small off white head and very light lacing. Carbonation is a bit light. Nose and flavor of maple, brown sugar, booze, cinnamon, and dark fruit. Sticky fuller body. Personal day was much better in my opinion with more balance and less sharp heat. This did get much better as it warmed up. Cheers

Black pour under a thin light tan head. Huge authentic maple syrup aroma with a smack of bourbon and coffee and more maple and a touch of cocoa. Thicc flavor that’s dark and roasty and chocolaty with loss of bourbon and a body slam of maple syrup. Lingering coffee and bourbon and maple syrup finish. Wonderful and loaded with flavor.
