UPDATED: JUN 15, 2021 Amber body with a big, foamy and persistent white head. Aroma is bready, notes of honey and soft herbal touch. Malty and bready taste, with lots of sweet, honey notes. Long malty finish. Medium body, soft natural carbonation, oily/smooth texture.

Tap at the Bad Staffelstein Bierfestival. Hazy orange-amber with a low head. Nose is oranges, peaches, fresh apples, caramel, bread. Rich, lovely malt flavor, bready, estery fruits, stone mostly, light caramel. The yeast really performs here. Great Melanoidins. Lightly earthy, spicy hops. Great.

Partyfass thanks to Dolle. Slightly hazy amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of bready malt with fresh grain, straw and a touch of herbal hops. Sweetish malty flavour with dark bread, dried fruit, and herbal hops. Amazing smooth and low carbonation.
