COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 2021 Blend #1 - is a blend of two different Imperial stouts. Both of them were brewed with vanilla and coconut and then aged for 12 months in Woodford Reserve bourbon oak barrels. To make it even more unique, we added locally roasted coffee that completes the bouquet.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Draught @ Pien, Helsinki. Sweetish, smooth and slightly roasty with some bourbon, syrup, vanilla, hints of coconut, nuts, cocoa and coffee, very mild weird marzipany notes. A bit unbalanced, #2 was a lot better.
