Dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, espresso, mocha, chocolate - dark chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, espresso, coffee, mocha, roasted, dark malt, light burnt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20180512]

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2019 Can sample at a tasting at zvsn place. Opaque black with brown head. The aroma has lots of coffee, some roastiness, nuts and coffee candy. The flavor is bitter and mild sour with lots of coffee, coffee candy, roast, a bit 'green', dark chocolate, a bit oily. Medium to full-bodied.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2019 At a tasting, almost no head, very dark brow color, pleasant mellow roasted coffee aroma with some green notes, same traits in flavor with light candy and licorice. lightish bitterness, light bodied, quite dry. Nice and enjoyable, fun.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2019 Can: Black, with a thick brown head. Coffee, chocolate milk aroma. Taste is mildly lactic chocolate malt, coffee malt.....very roasty. Drinks bigger and heavier than one would expect. A really good one.
