UPDATED: DEC 14, 2021 Can. Golden with one finger head. Simple tart beer with light Brett funk. Pleasant and fruity. So easy to drink.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2021 Aroma is very sweet sugar/pixie sticks and slight funk. The flavor is fruit/lime, malts and a long and very strong pixie stick/somewhat dry/sweet finish.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2020 Pint can. Funky Brett aroma with notes of hay, lemon and a bit of oak. Pours cloudy golden colored with a finger of off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with hay and lemony citrus flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes bone dry with Brett funk and some oak flavors. Pretty simple, straightforward and good sour brew.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2020 Tart aroma, fruity, faint Brett in the background. Golden color. Not overly sour with a restrained use of Brett. Watery palate but has good carbonation. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewery. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is nice, oak, Brett, sour bread, little barnyard. Flavor is dry, only slightly tart, bread, barnyard. Medium light feel, crisp and drinkable.

Tap@Brewskival 2018, Helsingborg - fuzzy golden coloured pour with medium white head. Light citrus fruity with some distinct lemon notes, some funky bretty action, yeast, medium body, fruity bretty finish.

Can. It poured a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma was of lemon, vanilla, stone fruits and oak. The taste was similar to the aroma with more lemon, vanilla, stone fruits, oak with medium carbonation and a nice smooth aftertaste. Tasty.
