COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The final fruit intensity is 443 grams of lingonberries per litre of Rode Bosbes lambik. 100% 3 Fonteinen. EN Mid September 2018, we received 250 kilos of wild lingonberries, foraged in the Swedish forests. We let these macerate for 5 months and 5 days on 225 litres of young traditional 3 Fonteinen lambic and in an oak barrel. The berry lambic was then blended with young lambic and a bit of fresh lambic wort for a continued fermentation in the bottle. Natural fruit without addition of juices, sirops or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Mycket gott

Saeglopur (3713) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - AUG 1, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 1, 2021 750 ml, bottled 25/02/19 Deep red, hazy body, with almost no head. Aroma of jammy berries, lots of wood, red apple. Tastes very dry, bitter, with unripe berries. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with little carbonation. Finishes dry, wooden, with unripe berries, fruit skin, red apple. Nice, while I was expecting more. The nose is really nice, with lovely berry and wood notes. The taste is too dry and bitter for my taste though, the lingonberries are very dominant. Quite interesting, but wouldn't drink again. 8 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15

PowY (3777) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - JUL 19, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 19, 2021 15.7.2021: 750 ml bottle at Werckmeisters place, 5.3% ABV, blend 43 (18/19) bottled 25.3.2019, shared by Werckmeister, many thanks! Pours a hazy crimson with a white head. Aroma of red berries, menthol, tannic notes, red wine, light fruity notes and wood. Medium body with a soft carbonation, a light acidity and a medium to heavy tartness. The flavor starts with acidic berries, tannic notes, tart berry skin, unripe bitter berries, unripe white grapefruits, lemon juice and wood. Finishes very dry and very tannic, very tart and astringent. I liked the bitter tartness but somehow too heavy and intense - not in balance. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 15
