UPDATED: NOV 24, 2020 Bottle at Baileys Taproom. Pours a reddish orange hue with a medium white head. A big sour cherry woody nose. More huge sweet and tart cherries, big woody sawdust flavors, lactic. Damn big, bursting flavors.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2020 Transparent rim over darker rosé-coloured beer, end of bottle serious deposit in suspension. (Sour) cherry, hints at raspberry (rather than strawberry), faint strawbales or horse box; rosepetals. After a long warming up, a hint of strawberry. Very sour fruitflavour, sour cherries completely overpowering the strawberries. Lemon, lactic acid. Serious acidburn and -thinning. Bit fruitslick, still. Not the best Twist of Fate. Strawberries are completely overwhelmed by the rest.

Fruity forward with fresh and sharp acidic strawberries, cherry, white peach and grape notes. Sweet tip, followed by sharp acidity, grainy, fruity, mildly funky. Medium body and soft carbonation. UPDATED: NOV 11, 2019 From bottle at Biercafe Au Trappiste, Bern. Hazy light wine red with a light brown hue and hardly any white head. The aroma is fruity with sour and tart cherries, raspberries, hints of strawberries, hints of balsamic vinegar, some wood and mild funk. Medium body with an average carbonation, a medium-heavy acidity and a light tartness. The flavor starts with acidic funk, some balsamic vinegar, wood, sour dark cherries, faint strawberry notes, mild wood, unripe raspberries and citric notes. Finishes dry with some residual sourness, hints of cherries and some wood. Overall crisp and fruity but the acidity overshadows the fruits and in particular the strawberries. Aroma: 8 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 17
