UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 (Bottle, a sample, 0.75 l - blend 29 - bottled on 20.01.2020, at Pien Shop, 20211231) The beer poured deep red and clear. Its head was small and lightly pink. Aroma had wood, cherries, sourness and tartness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, tartness, cherries, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste was had cherries, sourness and bitterness. A delicious and balanced tart brew with clean notes of berries.
UPDATED: SEP 19, 2020 Bottle. Ruby red color. Cherryjam, smoke, oak, marzipan. Cherry jam and a hint of blackberries in the flavor. Sour with some rest sweetness from trechtertjes. Cassis lemonade. Nice.
