Liquide doré et limpide malgré la présence de particules en suspension avec une bonne mousse blanche rocailleuse qui se maintient bien. Délicatement céréalière en bouche avec une finale assez herbacée et amère. Des notes de pain frais, un fruité très discret rappelant la cerise et la framboise ainsi qu’une amertume assez tranchante des houblons herbacés. UPDATED: JAN 2, 2022 Can: Poured a clear golden color Kolsch with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light buttery notes. Taste is dominated by clean cereal notes with light residual sugar notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed Kolsch with a good drinkability factor.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2021 473ml can. Almost clear golden with a foamy white head. Flavors are biscuity/toasted cereals and citrus with fruity and herbal notes. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, smooth texture.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2021 fresh can that pours clear gold with a small but creamy white-ish head offering good enough retention and lacing. golden decoction leaning towards a deep caramel, even some sweet peppery cereals, lots of herbal bitters that are almost resinous, fruity but clean yeast action. moderate carbonation, light body - very oily; semi-sweet yet bitter herbal-grassy finish. unbalanced kolsch with cara angles. o-kay.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2021 Canette - 473ml. Robe blonde, limpide, effervescente et coiffée d'un épais col blanc, mousseux et qui s'estompe lentement. Arôme malté/houblonné frais, bien équilibré et agrémenté de nuances herbacées et céréalières. En bouche, c'est relativement goûteux et très fidèle à ce qui est annoncé au nez. Longue finale herbacée/céréalière. Très bel exemple de Kölsch.
