UPDATED: JUL 29, 2021 Above average but hoped for more. Solid citrus/juicy aroma. Color was bland for the style. Nice balanced flavor.

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2021 Can. Just purchased, but canned 11/20. Nice. Pours hazy yellow, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is orange, soap, tea leaves. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, super sharp, lingering off aftertaste. Merlin body.

brokensail (18691) - Bay Area, California, USA - SEP 26, 2020
UPDATED: SEP 26, 2020 On tap @ Caps & Taps. Milky yellow beer with a white head. Smells of pineapple juice and fresh oranges. A lot of grapefruit as well. Nice sweet fruit juice qualities to it but not overly syrupy or anything. Mild bitterness. It does have a touch of booze on the back end, maybe. Pretty dang tropical as well.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2020 Can pour with a very hazy orange gold color. Aroma of Christmas tree. Lots of body and juice to this. Very piney, not as much tropical as you normally get in beers this juicy and hazy. Malt comes through with hints of abuse. Also a mild cough drop or eucalyptus note to this.

bhensonb (20185) - Woodland, California, USA - NOV 17, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 17, 2019 Can from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy gold with a transient whitehead. Aroma is tropically juicy. Med body. Flavor is juicy, but unexpectedly towards dry. I plump for passion fruit, green melon and citrus. Moderately bitter. Detectable malt support. Good flavors.

nimbleprop (12943) - Southeast, Washington, Washington DC, USA - FEB 23, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 23, 2019 16oz can pours a murky gold with some clumpy, white head. Nose has melon, vanilla, perfume, honey comb, drippy fruit, peach cobbler. Flavor has mostly melon and vanilla, mango sorbet, some bitterness here but more unripened pineapple than grapefruit. Finishes sticky, full bodied.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2019 12th January 2019
Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts, thin but pleasing malt cream. Light cooling pine. Very light and soft hop skunk. Soft citrus. Soft tropical fruits. Smooth piney fruity finish. So light but still with a full gamut of hop goodness.

blipp (13335) - California, USA - AUG 4, 2018
Can. Pours slightly hazed golden orange with a white head. Fruity and grassy hops, some spruce, light oily resinous notes, mild-moderate bitterness, and some melon-like fruity notes. Good stuff.
