UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Mild toffee, stewed apple nose. Crystal clear copper, medium yellow head. Dried leaves, candied pecans. Medium body, easy carbonation. Solid, easy drinking.

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Amber pour. Thin creamy foam. Sweet caramel nose. Bitter malt flavor with a nice nutty finish.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Can at home, courtesy of my fam. Copper pour with an offwhite head. Nose is caramel, bready malts and a hint of hops. Taste is mainly caramel and bready malt sweetness with vague noble hop presence. Light bodied eith soft carbo.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2021 Can from Tavour. Pours amber with a beige/tan head. Aroma is bready, toffee, floral. Med body. Flavor is floral and toffee. Bit sweeter than expected. Lightly bitter. Not very 'over the pond' but headed that way. I'm enjoying it.

UPDATED: NOV 3, 2021 Draught at Peders. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of malts, hops and bread with notes of caramel. Fruity flavour of bread and hops with notes of caramel. Hoppy finish.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2021 16oz can from Tavour. Clear amber pour, small foamy off-white head. Malty aroma, brown bread, caramel aroma. Taste is nutty, malty and brings a gingery snap at the finish. Would love to see this on cask.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2021 Pint can, WW. Ghost 1060, can 1880/1920. Canned 9/1/21, drinking 9/23/21. Clear pretty copper with a soapy beige head. Nose is toffee, brown leaf, caramel, brown grass. Caramel, nuts, honeycomb, roasted malt. Rich in flavor.
