UPDATED: JAN 6, 2022 33 cl bottle. Bottled 11.01.2020. Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Apricot and dried peach on the nose, gooseberry bush, oaky notes, subtle yeast. Flavor is nice tart with ripe fruits, oak and yeast. The hops are not noticeable anymore but overall quite nice tart Saison.
