COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2018 Bottle, at Haand Fest. A lightly hazy yellow-orange colored beer with a small, dense, white head. Some lacing. The aroma has mango and passionfruit with some grapefruity and a touch of grass. There's a light berliner weisse-ish tartness in the mouth, guess it's the passionfruit kicking in, it's medium bodied and soft, with passionfruit and mango flavor. Lasting fruity finish. A refreshing one indeed, but a bit one dimensional I think. 170527

Bottle enjoyed at home
Pours orange with a total haze, thin white head. Smell lightly of mango, some yeast esters, malts and hints of grain. Light to moderate sweet, distinct mango with a touch of acids, very refreshing and drinkable. Also a light malty body with a touch of yeast influence. All in all quite drinkable stuff

330 ml bottle, Lot 1717, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Cloudy yellow colour, moderate to small white head. The aroma has, unsurprising, strong notes of passion fruit and mango, also hints of rhubarb and crushed green gooseberries. The slightly dry flavour has also distinct notes of said fruits - and little else. Moderate bittering hops. Not bad, but not perfectly balanced - and not a favourite of mine. Won’t buy again.

Bottle at Bådin Ølfestival, Bodø. Pours a hazy straw colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of wheat, hay, grass, mango and som citrus. The flavour is more fruity with mango and other tropical fruits, dry hay and grass. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and light bitterness. A fresh and fruity beer. Nice one.

0.33l bottle from lot 3116. A really dirty looking cap on this. Has to clean the bottle neck before I poured it. On the pour however it’s a really good looking cloudy near glowing orange colored one, on the top there’s only a small quickly fading and sidesticking white top. Like the sour mango infused fruity and tropical aroma. Lots of sourish passion fruit zestyness. Small qumquats and lots of mango juice. It tastes like the mango juice you get on holidays. Mild oily in the mouth and it’s just above average on the carbonation. Really oily mango juice flavor here. A great balance between the sweet fruity and the citrus zesty sour almost passion fruit. Really good, surprisingly good. 06.01.2017
