UPDATED: FEB 20, 2020 Keg at Downtown Johnny Brown’s, San Diego, CA on 21/03/2008. Holy moly, this was one of the best bars I visited in the US, and the guy working there kept the place open for us (on a slow Monday night) and let me try everything on the taps. However, this was the first thing I gravitated to, and boy was it good. A super rich, smooth, roasty, coffee-ish and cocoa nuanced stout. Yum.

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2019 The aroma is figs/dates, slight chocolate and coffee. Pours dark brown wand the finish th amber hue, beige head fully diminishing and good lacing. The taste is a light bitter. The body is medium, the texture creamy, the carbonation average. This is a few years old, doesn't age particularly well.
