COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hazy, straw colored beer, using a pilsner 2-row malt blend. This beer was both brewed and dry hopped with 100% mosaic hops. Completely fermented with house brettanomyces. The finished beer has an aroma bursting with pineapple and notes of bread crust. Pineapple continues throughout the flavor with additional notes of fresh cut grass. A mild tartness in the finish is nicely balanced with a pleasant hop bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2019 This beer lacks personality and character. Very week watery flavors of fruits with some light carbonation. Nothing that stands out and delivers as far as I am concerned. A beer I would like to forget.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2019 Crisp, ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a pure white head, only showing a centimetre or so, but a beautiful pale gold colour throughout - very nice. Incredible aroma of gummy bears, tart lemons, white grapes, mild malts, a touch of citrus and a ton of brett and pure yeastie notes that show dry and not potent. Light-bodied; Super strong grassy, herbal, floral, barnyardie flavours that show the brett front and centre with a light dryness and finishing with some softer fruits and pure sugars. Aftertaste shows a very pleasant and dry character with a ton of herbal notes without much body nor complexity - this is relatively plain and easy-drinking, but the profile is super nice and hard to come-by. Great to sample and well worth trying to find, if you can grab it relatively easily. One of my favourite lighter, yet full-flavoured beers that I've come across - regardless of the style. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Joe Canal's in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on 21-October-2018 for US$3,49 sampled relatively quickly on 20-January-2019 at home in Washington.

glennmastrange (3404) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JAN 21, 2019
UPDATED: JAN 21, 2019 Bottle. Light to moderate grain for the malt, light grapefruit peel for the hops, moderate musty for the yeast, with hints of paper and wood in the background. Head is small, frothy/bubbly, white, with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is slightly hazy light straw. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation and a lightly dry finish. Pretty good Belgian Ale with a nice dose of Brettfor aroma and taste.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2018 12 oz bottle. Smells of fruit, like citrus and pineapple, smell reminds me of gummy candy. Light yellow straw color and very clear. A strange taste, I'm getting lime, pineapple, with an earthy taste. Has the mosaic hop finish that I really do not like at all. Tastes like lemonade that has gone bad, not for me...

Ar: Hay, orange pith, and cereal grain; dried mango, pineapple, and a bit of cucumber. Ap: Yellow and clear; small white head with moderate retention, settles into a solid, though thin, layer of foam. T: Lemon, pineapple, and a hint of hay; subtle sweetness; crackery grain; some mushroom and juicy fruit; very, very low bitterness; finish is diluted pineapple juice and orange pith. P: Light body with medium-high carbonation; refreshing; finish is medium-dry. O: A quaffable brett beer with fresh fruit flavors, clean, supporting malt, and a light brett character.

On tap at the Ginger Man, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett upfront, with a bit of citrus. Flavour is quite fruity, with bright apple core, earthy funk, and some citrus tang. The apple core character is a bit strange, but it works. Decent.
