UPDATED: DEC 9, 2021 Pours golden hazy colour. Nose is earth, bread, honey . Mouth is dominated by an honeybased finish. Medium bodied, sparkling. Easy to drink and enjoyable.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2021 Honungsgul åt det ljusare hållet och disig till utseendet. Fint tjockt och lite gräddigt skum som ligger kvar länge. Fin och tydlig arom av kryddnejlika, skumbanan, blommor. Len munkänsla, inte allt för hög kolsyra, känns relativt mastig men ändå lätt att ta stora klunkar av. Stor smak av kryddiga fenoler och en del fruktighet och avslutas med en mild bitterhet och fin alkoholton utan att vara eldig. Stor eftersmak och kan inte drickas allt för snabbt. Mycket välbalanserad!
