SinH4 (13263) - Garching bei München, Bavaria, GERMANY - JUL 1, 2018Bottle. Hazy amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is bready, grassy, fresh green-citrusy, a touch peas. Taste is fresh hoppy, bready, cereals, caramel, a touch peas. A touch booze in the back. Velvety mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Good, but due to the vegetal flavours definitely not the top German Maibock for me. After a couple of minutes, this beer loses the pea flavours and becomes a very well hopped Bock.
Ritzn (3921) - GERMANY - JUN 3, 2018Clear amber. Aroma is grassy hops with much fruity notes orange zest bonbon clove muscat. Taste is full bodied herbal character. Not too aggressive. Tart. Full bodied. Apparently dryhopped according to the Altstadthof staff. IPL maybe?

Cristobal37 (2249) - Tustin, California, USA - AUG 22, 2014Amazing. Perfect appetizing aroma. Lots of head full of pear and grape sweetness. Crispy, tart, with some bitter hops and later on full malty balance. So complex it is really all over the place. Light body that doesn’t stick around on the palate for long sadly. Something special. thanks Lagzibacsi!
