UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Bottle from Deconinck. Clear pale yellow, huge, frothy, white head. Aroma of quince, young yellow apple, kiwi, lime, lemon, hay, sourdough. Taste has sour quince, apple & lemon; bit soapy, wheaty, funky almost. Tart, lemony finish, funky hay pairing with grassy bitterness. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Decent, crisp.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2021 --Bottled. -- Gushing. Pale yellow, coarse lively head. Minerally yeasty apricot aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Funky dough, hay, red berries and apricot. Mid bitter finish.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2021 Dorada, con dos de espuma de buena retención. Cuerpo medio y carbonatación alta. Aroma afrutado y a cereales. En boca es dulce con finalmente ligeramente afrutado y seco.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2021 Liquide doré transparent avec mousse hyper abondante et légère. Nez brett pommes et citron. En bouche, c'est une attaque sur la pomme verte et citron pour terminer sur une légère amertume. Le tout n'étant pas très équilibré !
