UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Bottle from membership, opened on 12/11/21 during my annual Christmas Movie Marathon. Darkest brown pour with a medium tan head...and then the chunks. Yes, after an ounce or two of liquid loveliness, this beer poured out in clumps. Aroma of malt, caramel, vanilla and bourbon. Malty and chocolatey flavor with caramel character before a bourbon finish. Smelled and tasted fine, just wish I would have gotten more actual liquid out of the bottle than an ounce or two.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 Bottle, 375 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Zec at my 10k tasting. Black with beige head. Chocolate, no carbonation, bourbon, some dried fruit, moderate sweetness. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2021 Bottle. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is bourbon, wood, toffee, raisin, dates. Slick body, chocolate, roast, dates, bourbon, wood, char, dry finish, very nice.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2021 Bottle. Pours black with a decent tan head. Aroma of bourbon, chocolate, coffee, dark fruit, and malt. Taste is the same. Very good.
