UPDATED: DEC 5, 2018 2018-12-04. Lightly hazy dark red body, large foamy pink-white head. 4+ Aroma of raspberries, lightly musty not quite yeasty undertones, touches of raspberry seeds/raspberry leaf. 7+ Flavour has a good amount of raspberry up front, fruit, brief jammy undertones. Lightly tart edges, saison base peaks out past the raspberries. 7++ Smooth average to light bodied palate, effervescent carbonation. Pretty tasty, it gives a fruity champagne like impression at times. 7/4/8/3/16 Bottle cellared several months from Amsterdam, Toronto.

[Draught at Bar Hop BrewCo] Pours a deep pinkish-red with an average size semi-lasting frothy white head. Aroma is predominantly raspberries, tot much else. Dry flavour is also mostly raspberries followed by a hint of herbs and spices. Average to medium bodied. A little simple but quite enjoyable.

650 ml bottle from Leaside bottle shop. Pours a bright reddish magenta colour with moderate-sized pink-tinged head. Aroma is juicy raspberry with some tartness and a little spiciness. Flavour has ripe, juicy raspberries with light tartness, some funkiness, a little lemon and light spice. Average body. Nice.

Tranquillity (3741) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 25, 2017
Draft at the brewery. Dark red body, small white head. The aroma has a strong kick of refreshing raspberry and lemon. The taste is funky and fresh at the same time - sour yet fruity. Very lively.

Pale orange pour with a thick white head. The nose is lightly spicy and a little bit fruity. Good yeast expression and a nice dry zesty finish. A little bit of clove and some nice light peppery raspberry seed flavour. Nicely dry and refreshing. Nice patio beer.
