hawthorne00 (6630) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - DEC 17, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 17, 2021 Bottle. Batch 1 - can't see a date but that looks like it's from 2016. 8% ABV. Misty gold with a white head that's soon less than a coat. Steeped grain and spicy aroma with more lemon than stone fruit. Oh, but the apricots spring out upon a swig - fleshy but sharpish. Dryish, fairly light bodied with lowish carbonation. Lovely stone fruit under mildly funky grain and spices. Some lemon. Moderately bitter finish. Sunny with an undercurrent of intrigue. Good stuff.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2021 Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours a near clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice tart peach with a bit of oak and some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has a juicy tart peach throughout with touches of oak and sweet grains backing.

hman43 (3700) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - JUL 29, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 29, 2021 It pours golden with light hazing. It has a white head. Head retention is medium low. It has aromas of lemon, spice, peaches, and apricots. There is a low background note of leather and wood. The flavors are a bit sweet and tart with peaches and apricots. There is a touch of lemon in it with very low leather and earth. It has a medium low body with high carbonation and a dry finish. There is moderate sourness. Overall, a very good combination of saison elements with peaches and apricots which enhance the experience, not overwhelm it.

tmoreau (7963) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - APR 5, 2021
UPDATED: APR 5, 2021 Shared 12.7 oz. bottle poured to a small snifter displaying a lightly hazed, golden tone, a decent layer of soft white froth, with ribbons & spots of lacing. The nose was mild grain, mellow funk, slight ripeness, and expressive pit fruit & skins. Medium bodied, with good spritz to the effervescence, the taste was similar, offering some tartness & tanginess, a little age as grandma's attic that was most likely yeast influenced, and some finishing crispness/dryness.

rennat42 (4430) - Ravenna, Nebraska, USA - JAN 28, 2021
UPDATED: JAN 28, 2021 Bottle. A- Apricot, brett, oak. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Apricot, straw, brett, oak, mild lemon, slightly soapy. P- Medium body, average texture, high carbonation, slightly funky finish. O- This might have been the most difficult cork ever to remove, I thought I was going to break the bottle. The brett is not as strong as I expected it to be. I am very happy with the amount of apricot that comes through. About 2 years old I think. Paired very well with some spicy Point Reyes Tomagashi cheese.
