COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hint of coriander and orange peel in the nose complements the typical white beer fruitiness. A nice, dry, and slightly acidic finish is carried nicely by an elevated effervescence.

Not sure if this was "Mad Cameron", but it was the Belgian Wit on tap. Crystal clear--must be filtered. Brisk carbonation with a light cream head atop a golden body. Piquant coriander nose with a twitch of urea across a thick wheat body. The nose fills with coriander, but then veers to oxidated cardboard. Lots of wheat character balance it out.

On tap at the brewpub in Gettysburg. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of lots of spices, especially ginger and nutmeg. Flavor features the spices initially with bready malt and citrusy notes in the finish. Not bad, but perhaps overspiced. 6/4/6/3/13 (3.2/5)

On tap at Appalachian. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft wheat, slightly medicinal notes, fresh and herbal. Soft wheat, touches of grain. Sweet with light herbal notes. Crisp finish with soft bitterness and a touch of banana yeast.

This was a nice witbier that wasnt too thick or too watery, just about right. Nice spice and lemon taste that was very subtle. Good beer.

Pours cloudy from tap with an inch of rapidly dissipating foam. Nice hints of orange peel on the nose. Nice fruitiness on the tongue. Finishes with some dryness which is nice since the beer doesn’t become cloying.

Cloudy light-yellow/white, as a good wit should look, with healthy white carbonation. Aroma is dominated by herbal, weedy, spices- I’m guessing a significant yet even amount of orange peel and coriander. The flavor favors the citrus though, like fresh orange with some yeastiness and slight spice. Good, refreshing, undertones of sweet grain. The flavors are still separable unlike some of the best wits I’ve had (notably Ommegang Witte). Medium bodied. Good.

Draft at ABC Collegeville. Pours turbid canary with white frothy head. Nose is limey citrus, coriandery spice, some soapy notes, hops. Tastes citric, dry, floral, with pronounced limey citrus notes, hops, and spice while maintaining a dry and floral undertone at the finish. Good.

It’s pretty bad. Soapy, thin, weirdly bitter. Looks good, too bad it doesn’t deliver. On draft in Collegeville.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a lasting white head. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, like a hospital... anyway, body is light, nice amount of frutiness, not overpowering as I’ve experienced with some other micro’s attempts at the style, maybe some spice cake in there. Crisp, refreshing finish.

finally got to try this one. has an odd cloudy yellow appearance to it, sweet aroma, taste is like a hoegarden, but more of a citrus element to it. Nice body.
