UPDATED: FEB 24, 2019 Pours clear golden with a one finger, white, fizzy head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is apple and breadiness. Taste is sweet apple and caramel, moving to tart apple and bread. Finish is tart. A good cider.

Can: Apple nose with white grape hints. Clear yellow. Dry apple. Light body, moderate carbonation.

GNBF draft. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of apple, grapes. Taste was tart, sweet, apple.

A nice, remarkably dry cider. Apples are bold, there’s a little spice, a little vanilla, a little butter. Tasty. Tried with Emma at Growler USA in 2018.

12 oz can at Goed Zuur. Clear golden appearance. Juicy aroma of apples, mild pears and light grains. Similar flavor, adding mild sweetness and light acidity. Light body with a slight dry feel and a pleasant finish. Fresh, smooth and easy to drink overall.

12oz can pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has some funky notes, some green apple. Flavor is better, tart, apples, butter, mild spice notes. Honestly, a bit bland.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2018 12oz can at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a pale golden yellow color with a small, fizzy white head. Aroma was light apples, light spice notes. Light sweet malts, light apple juice character. Crisp, dry apple cider. Easy to drink.

From a can at the RB DC gathering on January 7, 2018. It is clear effervescent pale gold with a feint white head. The Aroma of spice apple pie. the taste is sweet flavor of apple juice with a dry finish.

Tastes a lot like apples - go figure. Not huge on anything. Clear. Can at tasting.
