COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tief in den Wäldern des Schanfigg ist sie daheim, eingehüllt in ihr dickes graues Kleid. Nur selten bekommt man sie zu Gesicht. Wenn sie dann aber ihr nasses Gewand nach Arosa trägt, sind wir auf der Lauer. Mit feinstem Wasser aus Arosas Quellen verwandeln wir sie in unserem Braukeller zu Aromen, die unser Stout so einzigartig machen.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2017 Eye: pours a dark brown color with a nice medium sized beige head. Nose: mocca, chocolate, coffee, tiramisu Mouth: earthy, leaves, tobacco, dark coffee and mocca malts, a bit watery though Palate: bitter, dark malts Overall: decent malty brew but nothing special and too watery unfortunately

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Intense chocolate, coffee and caramel. Very different taste, rather bitter and not much sweetness. Disappointing after that crazy nose.
