UPDATED: JAN 16, 2019 Pitch black color, medium sized brown head. Aromas of smoke, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and tobacco. Taste of smoked meat, roasted malt, chocolate and tar.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 10/2016,from Systembolaget, 20170225) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had smoke, sourness, burnt malts and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, burnt malts, cocoa, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, sour, burnt and bitter. An unclean and messy brew.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Spicy phenolic smell with some band aid and caramel in the background. It also has a farty aroma. Similar taste. Too unclean, the phenols where dominating.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in February 2016. Dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma and taste of malt, smoke, light ham and some ash. Also hints of light fruit. Fairly mild and easy to dink.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel and chocolate finish.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Dark brown, small head. Smoky nose with some chocolate. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Leather, smoke, some licorice and chocolate, notes of apricots. Mild resinous bitterness.

Bottle, thanks to larsniclas. Black beer with a rich beige head. Roasted dark chocolate and leather aroma, smoked, woody, licorice notes. Roasted chocolate flavor, cocoa, licorice, fruity, some smoke. Flawless and kinda drinkable with alcohol well hidden.
