COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Get ready for the strongest IPA we have ever brewed. Never before we have used so many raw materials for a quite low amount of beer :D ÜBERSCHNALLKNALL is our DIGITAL COLLABORATION with the great guys from @arpusbrewing, Riga, Latvia. It's a Double Dryhopped QUADRUPLE IPA, that comes along with a super thick and powerful 11.5% abv body. Expect an ultra-creamy mouthfeel due to big loads of oats and wheat. To keep up with the malt, we've packed in an incredible amount of hops. Citra, Nelson, Strata, Galaxy, Mosaic provide a full load of tropical fruit basket.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Can, enormous thanks Gregor! Murky orange body, white head. Big pineapple and orange, some maltiness later on. bit peppery, lean enough maltiness. Lean taste, dry, pineapple notes all over the place, vague stone fruit, lean maltiness, some prickly carbonation. Very clean, very well hidden alcohol. I mean, wow, it doesn't have in your face flavors, but this is class!

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2021 Can picked up from Biervana, München, consumed at Log Cabin Europarc Reindlau, Austria, listening to Dinosaur Jr - Sweep it into Space, we had a fab' Käsespätzle cooked by Loz. Pours milky yellowy colour with a white head. Thick mouthfeel, yet it's a smooth beer. Warming but not in the least bit harsh. Juicy, punchy, with a big malty base, some exotic fruits. Good.

Aroma has strong pineapple tones and quite nothing else. Flavour has sweet pineapple juice, alcohol, cereal. Grainy and boozy, not that balanced.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2021 Tap at Kuja, Tampere. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Fruits, some ripe fruits, pineapple, hops and malts. Pretty balanced.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2021 Tap at Kuja. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Flavor has sweet tropical fruits, orange, peach. Full body oily texture average carbonation, fruits finish. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet finish.

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2021 Canned, 440 ml at Groningen, Hazy orange with medium white head. Hoppy, citrus, malty, ripe fruit, tropical. Juicy. Sweet with some bitterness. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2021 On tap at Musta Kynnys Jyväskylä. Pours golden color. Aroma of hops, more hops, citrus, grapefruit, mango, malts. Taste is intense hops, intense malts, some booziness.
